Pastry Chef Catherine Ruehle announces the merging of her cake studio, Cakes by Catherine and her online bakery, Sublime Bakery under one name and one roof.
The cake studio and bakery are now collectively known as Sublime Bakery and the shop is now open in Country Day Plaza.

RECENT CAKE



We did this "Stack of Presents" cake recently for a 40th birthday party. The color palette of chocolate brown, lime green, deep pink and gold was fun yet elegant. The top and bottom tiers are real cake, the middle tier is a "dummy"(styrofoam) cake. This is a very versatile design that can be customized to suit a variety of occasions from wedding to graduation to birthday.
